exact instructions for conjuring the Vapor, so they were now a matter of public
record, and therefore no longer a state secret. You can, if you know where to
look, read them yourself. When you do, sing a song of gratitude to Ernozio the
Centaur for them, will you? He sacrificed his life so that you would know the
