8. The red tincture triturate in a glass Mortar. Take one grain thereof,
wrap it in paper and project it on 1000 Grains of Gold in fusion. When it has
remained in fusion for three-quarters of an hour, the gold will turn to Tincture.
9. Take one part of Tincture, project on 1000 parts Tin or Lead in fusion,
and it will be transmuted to Gold.
